Scarlette has over 12 years’ recruitment experience within the legal sector specialising in business development and marketing.

She supports a range of firms from boutique, Legal 500, the Top 200 and US city law firms– giving her a diverse client base and in-depth knowledge of the legal market.

Scarlette leads LAW Absolute’s law firm management function which covers all areas of business services including marketing & business development, finance, people & HR, business support, IT and transformation & change.

As with all of LAW Absolute’s disciplines, we fill permanent and interim positions.

Outside work, Scarlette enjoys country walks with her Cockapoo, Betsy, boot camp classes and music festivals.
