Pauline is an experienced recruitment consultant with over five years in the industry. She began her career during the COVID-19 lockdown, initially focusing on recruiting housing professionals for the public sector. With a longstanding interest in law from her A-level studies, Pauline transitioned into legal recruitment, first working within the public sector before moving to private practice legal recruitment.

She specialises in the Legal 500 market, serving both inside and outside London-based clients. Throughout her career, Pauline has been deeply involved in projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (ED&I), as well as women’s mentoring initiatives, aiming to create positive change within the industry.

Outside of work, Pauline enjoys singing at gigs and trying out new recipes, allowing her to balance her professional life with creative pursuits.
