Antonia is currently working across legal teams in our practice and public sector teams, but with over 25 years of recruitment experience and as a Director at LAW Absolute, she works across all areas on project execution and delivery. Antonia has a strong market presence and her success and longevity assures she is well-networked across the legal industry.

Leading teams, managing consultants, developing business and the overall strategy for LAW Absolute is also her focus. As an owner at LAW Absolute she enjoys working peers across the recruitment market and belongs to a number of organisations and bodies that promote women in recruitment leadership.
