This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of trust structures.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of family trust arrangements while also ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of your team’s caseload.

Offices: Bristol or Southampton
The role:
- Leading a team of trust professionals, offering strategic direction and day-to-day support
- Managing a portfolio of complex trust matters with a focus on service excellence
- Reviewing and enhancing internal processes to ensure optimal case handling
- Delivering tailored training and guidance to both individuals and teams
- Providing technical insight on trust matters to colleagues across the wider business
- Taking a proactive role in compliance oversight and risk mitigation
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders on technical initiatives and business projects
- Contributing to a strong, performance-driven culture with a commitment to professional standards
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 8 years of experience in trust case management
- Law degree
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
- Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks and trust governance
- Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and confidently
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage across departments
