The team work on large scale technology outsourcing transactions for clients in TMT, Financial Services and Fintech. The firm is looking to hire a senior associate with upwards of 5 years’ PQE in technology outsourcing to lead and support on outsourcing and technology contracts (system developments, digital transformation, cloud based solutions). Experience must include contracts and negotiations, payment services agreements, data protection and general regulatory (eg use of AI) knowledge and advice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a TMT Associate seeking career progression and a strategic role in a highly successful dynamic practice. Applicants will have strong, relevant experience gained in a ranked TMT practice.
