A healthcare regulatory body are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor for a short term contract.
The role will involve providing accurate, timely and risk-based legal advice to the council on matters including fitness to practise cases, legal advice to the wider organisation and relevant legal updates to guidance and processes.
To be considered, you will be a qualified and practising solicitor or barrister or ILEX qualified with experience of working within a statutory, regulatory or similar framework. Significant post qualification experience in regulatory law, public law, information law, commercial law, litigation or criminal law is highly desirable.
This is a temporary position for 3 months. Candidates must be available to start immediately. They offer hybrid working with two days a week in the office (London). A day rate of £300 + holiday pay (PAYE) is on offer.
