A telecommunications organisation is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to support on a 12-month maternity cover.
The successful candidate will need to able to work autonomously and be able to act as a direct report to two juniors in the team.
Previous experience within the telecommunications and technology industry is heavily favoured
The contract will commence early July 2025.
Hybrid working model, based in central London.
The role:
- Supporting commercial matters, customer contracts and supplier contracts
- Working on SaaS and PaaS contracts
- Providing support to both the commercial and procurement teams
- Handling work dispersed across different business units
- Managing and prioritising a busy caseload
- Working closely with stakeholders and mainly supplier relationships
- Acting as a direct report and supporting and managing junior members of the team
Ideal candidate:
- England & Wales Qualified
- Minimum 5 years PQE +
- Telecommunications/technology industry experience
- Commercial and procurement background
- Self-assured and able to work autonomously
- Confident in their ability to manage junior team members
