LAW Absolute is currently working with a market leading International Law Firm whose non – contentious Restructuring and Insolvency team is currently looking to recruit an associate solicitor to join them on an interim contract basis for at least 3-6 months. The role is to start asap.
The position has come about while the team recruit permanently.
This is a varied and exciting role. You will act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, creditors and businesses on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters. You will also be heavily involved in advising on all kinds of debt restructurings to include special situations, contingency scenarios and security issues. You will also have a wealth of insolvency experience in particular; non contentious matters like administrations and liquidation processes, advising on receivership appointments, director duties, secured lender security, distressed debt situations, and ideally have a working knowledge and understanding of general banking.

The role is based in Birmingham. Candidates based in the midlands close to or within commuting distance of Birmingham centre are encouraged to apply.
