Regulatory Lawyer

Professional regulator seeks a Fitness to Practise lawyer to cover maternity leave.

This role would particularly suit someone who has undertaken conduct cases for another regulator. Alternatively, those from the CPS or defence in criminal proceedings have transitioned well. Duty solicitors also encouraged to apply.

You will need to be in the Buckinghamshire office three days per week, with the balance being from home.
