LAW Absolute is currently working with a top 20 global law firm whose real estate finance team have an opportunity for an experienced real estate finance lawyer to join them on an interim basis to cover maternity leave starting in the New Year. You will have experience of a range of real estate finance transactions including; revolving facilities, financing and refinancing of residential and commercial properties, syndicated debt facilities, funding arrangement and security and intercreditor agreements. You will also have experience of acting for financial institutions, specialist lenders, corporate listed and unlisted borrowers as well as public sector borrowers in both domestic and cross border transactions.
Due to the nature of the role and scope and responsibilities of the work involved, you will have at least 5 + PQE and be at the senior associate level. The team is busy and so an element of independent work as well as being able to work collaboratively with other members of the team would be ideal.
