Our client a local authority based in North London is seeking a Planning Lawyer for an initial three-month assignment.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload and work autonomously. You will need to have experience dealing with the following matters:
-S.106 agreements
-S.278 agreements
– Judicial Reviews
-Comment on reports and
– Planning Committees
Due to the nature of the work, it is essential that you possess previous planning experience and can work without the need for supervision.
This is a hybrid working role and therefore you must be able to attend the council offices alongside in person committee meetings.
The role is paying £35-50 per hour.
Due to the urgent nature of the role. We are seeking candidates available on no more than 3 weeks’ notice.
