The role:
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology contracts Advising on international data protection, data transfers and compliance etc. Managing and supporting the technology, digital and data teams
Ideal candidate:
- UK, EU, or US qualified Lawyer; 10 years PQE +
- Technology, Digital and Data Privacy Lawyer Exposure to US Data Privacy Law Must have e-privacy experience Media and Entertainment background (preference) Bilingual/Multilingual (preference)
