We are searching on behalf of a US law firm’s leading Corporate PE team which is making a further hire. They are keen to hire an EW trained and qualified Corporate lawyer with c3 to 6 years’ PQE in Private Equity transactions. A solid track record of transactional experience in the UK market is essential ; specific deal sheet highlights should ideally include advising PE funds on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and capital raises as well as corporate M&A. The successful candidate will work on high value, complex global investment deals including leveraged buyouts, growth equity , recapitalisations and liquidity transactions.
