A 3-6 month FTC has just landed with an elite US law firm for an experienced Corporate Paralegal. Candidates must have excellent academics and at least 6 months + recent or current experience in Corporate transactional work at a top tier City law firm. Work will include
supporting on all aspects of corporate due diligence for global M&A and Private Equity deals. Current experience of drafting DD reports, disclosure letters and corporate approvals is essential. This highly ranked practice offers exposure to exciting and big ticket M&A transactions, super partner exposure, a great work environment and excellent salary. 3-6 months initially and extension is likely.
