They have an opportunity for a Corporate M&A Associate or Senior Associate who is likely to have upwards of 4 years’ PQE in good quality M&A and / or VC transactions. The firm will happily consider applicants from boutique firms seeking a step up or from a big-ticket law firm who seek a change of culture, scope for progression and a dynamic and nimble practice. It is important to demonstrate a consistent career history and professional growth with current and previous firms and a commitment to a long-term career move.
