An elite US law firm is building its Competition / Anti-Trust practice and has created a new opportunity for a junior to mid-level Associate to join the small team. The work will be varied and include Merger Control, investigations and compliance. It is predominantly a non-contentious role but some exposure to litigation is available. The firm’s busy London office includes around 300 staff and is in a growth trajectory. The culture and work will suit an entrepreneurial and motivate Associate with upwards of 1 year’s PQE in a well-regarded Competition practice with experience of advice in CMA clearance, alleged anti-competitive and cartel conduct and compliance. The successful candidate will enjoy close partner interaction, extensive client engagement, first class work and excellent financial reward.
