We are working with a dynamic technology company seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join their legal team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to play a key role in supporting the business on a broad range of commercial legal matters.
Hybrid working, Birmingham.
The role:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and supplier contracts.
- Maintaining and updating precedent contracts and legal documentation.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across the business, including commercial, sales, procurement, and product teams.
- Providing advice on content to the marketing and sales team
- Supporting the ongoing development of the company’s legal processes and frameworks.
Ideal candidate:
- UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial law.
- Experience working in-house is essential
- In-house technology or telecom experience is highly desirable.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, business-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
