Immediate requirement: We are working on an exciting opportunity with an international Gaming company.
They are seeking a commercial and IP legal counsel (1-3 PQE) to join their team on a temporary basis.
The fixed term contract is set to last for a period of four to six months, although for the right person there is a possibility it could be made into a permanent role.
Remote working model
The role:
- Reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial matters
- Handling IP related issues
- NDAs, software licenses, MSAs
- Marketing and influencer agreements
- Working on business-as-usual matters
The ideal candidate:
- 1-3 years PQE
- Commercial and non-contentious IP background
- Good understanding of copyright Law
- Must have In-house experience (this includes secondments)
- Able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
- Gaming industry experience desirable but not essential
- Marketing experience desirable
