Civil Litigation Lawyer

A local authority based in North- West London is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer for an initial three-month contract, starting at the end of October.

The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be required to advise and have a previous track record in the following areas:

  • Planning enforcement,
  • Licensing appeals,
  • Highways related prosecutions and advice,
  • Transport and parking enforcement,
  • Trading standards,
  • Health & safety,
  • Non school attendance,
  • Envirocrime,
  • Food hygiene, and
  • Fraud.

It is essential you have advised on all the matters listed above and have a previous track record of dealing with this work in the public sector.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, our client is seeking candidates available on no more than 2-3 weeks’ notice.

Candidates must have a current PC to be considered for the role.
