A local authority based in North- West London is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer for an initial three-month contract, starting at the end of October.
The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be required to advise and have a previous track record in the following areas:
- Planning enforcement,
- Licensing appeals,
- Highways related prosecutions and advice,
- Transport and parking enforcement,
- Trading standards,
- Health & safety,
- Non school attendance,
- Envirocrime,
- Food hygiene, and
- Fraud.
It is essential you have advised on all the matters listed above and have a previous track record of dealing with this work in the public sector.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, our client is seeking candidates available on no more than 2-3 weeks’ notice.
Candidates must have a current PC to be considered for the role.
