The successful candidate must have upwards of 6 months’ experience in:
- Childcare matters in a local authority A good understanding of Childcare law
Responsibilities will include: –
- Drafting S.7 and S.37 reports Assisting on PLO cases Drafting witness statements and applications Preparing hardcopy and electronic bundles
Pay rate is between £18-25 per hour.
The council offer a flexible working environment.
The local authority is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible. Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are looking to speak to candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice. Previous childcare legal experience is essential.
