LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in South London, for a Childcare Advocate on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period. You will provide advocacy for childcare matters up to 5 days per week based in Family Court.
To apply you will be:
- A qualified lawyer, barrister or chartered legal executive with prior UK local government experience Experienced handling a caseload of childcare law matters including advocacy Able to attend court up to 5 days per week in South London when necessary
Essential experience:
- Experience providing advocacy in court, handling childcare matters including child protection, adoption, fostering, eligibility issues, schooling issues, guardianship and publicity matters
