Following the Coronavirus pandemic, many decisions around salaries in the year 21/22 were delayed and then revised at short notice. As at April 2022, the bandings within private practice are currently being reviewed and LAW Absolute will not publish a salary guide until after we have been able to conduct a survey over the summer months.
