All employees and associated third parties of the Company are expected to conduct LAW Absolute’s business in accordance with best practice UK business standards, acting legally, ethically and with high levels of integrity at all times.
The board of directors have issued an Anti-Bribery Policy and expect all employees to observe the requirements of the Policy at all times.
Employees, and others acting on behalf of LAW Absolute, must not offer, promise, give or receive any bribe (any benefit, financial or otherwise, intended to induce or reward an individual to improperly perform a function or activity) to any person in order to secure any form of advantage for the company. Neither may they offer or accept hospitality (including business entertaining) if it is intended to induce or reward improper performance of a function or activity, or if it could be construed as lavish or frequent. Hospitality that is bona fide, proportionate and reasonable and that is in the legitimate business interests of the company is permitted.
