Victoria worked in legal and technology recruitment for ten years before launching LAW Absolute with Sarah and Antonia in 2003.

As with the other founders, Victoria continues to play a key role in the leadership and strategy of the business. Her immediate remit is the private practice permanent division and she plays a hands on fee-earning role in Associate and Partner recruitment.

An entrepeneur at heart (Victoria also set up a successful IT recruitment business in New Zealand pre LAW Absolute), she believes LAW Absolute’s success is a direct result of the collective creativity, hard work and energy of every employee at LAW Absolute. Whilst teamwork is one of the major values of LAW Absolute, Victoria’s mantra is that each consultant in the business work towards being Managing Director of their own desk.
